Kringlan’s Customer Service Desk is located on the 1st Floor next to Hagkaup supermarket. The Customer Service Desk is open during Kringlan’s normal opening hours. If you need information about facilities at Kringlan, then just ask our helpful staff at the Customer Service Desk. Facilities and service include:
Kringlan Gift Cards
A Kringlan Gift Card is always a welcome present. Purchase your Gift Card from Kringlan’s Customer Service Desk or online at gjafakort.kringlan.is. You can also check your balance at the Customer Service Desk. Purchasing online allows you to choose between having your Kringlan Gift Card sent by post or collected from the Customer Service Desk
Pushchairs / Strollers
Folding pushchairs/strollers can be borrowed from the Customer Service Desk. This service is free of charge – all you need to do is sign for the pushchair and show a valid ID. There are approximately 20 pushchairs available for loan. There is also one twin pushchair available for hire for a deposit of 5000 crowns.
Wheelchairs
Kringlan offers a wheelchair hire service for shoppers with limited mobility. A deposit of 5000 crown is requested.
Bus tickets and passes
Bus tickets and passes can be purchased from the Customer Service Desk. Information on bus routes and times is also available.
Reykjavík City Theatre Gift Cards
Reykjavík City Theatre Gift Cards can be purchased from the Customer Service Desk. Presented in a tasteful envelope and valid for the performance of your choice, Reykjavík City Theatre Gift Cards never expire – so they make the perfect gift!
Lost & Found
Lost property is taken to the Customer Customer Service Desk. Contact the Customer Service Desk or phone 517 9000 to check whether your lost article has been handed in.
Stamps
Stamps can be purchased from the Customer Service Desk. There is a post box located on the 1st Floor by the Customer Service Desk.
Lockers
Customers can hire lockers while they are shopping. Get your locker key from the Customer Service Desk for a returnable deposit of 1000 crowns.
How to buy your Gift Card
Kringlan Gift Cards can be purchased from Kringlan’s Customer Service Desk. You can also buy a Gift Card online and ask for it to be collected from the Customer Service Desk or sent to any address within Iceland.
